About the client

EMEDEZ imports HoReCa equipment from Turkey — from kitchen tables to ovens and kebab machines — supplying restaurants and catering businesses.

The challenge

Sales agents used to waste significant time gathering product data and specs from multiple manufacturers, creating offers manually and inconsistently. They needed a tool to streamline this process and produce professional client-ready offers directly from the website.

The solution & the results

Technically simple but impactful, the application transformed the sales workflow:

  • Each agent has a dedicated account.
  • Instead of adding products to a cart, they add them to an offer.
  • The offer interface allows discounts and client details to be set.
  • Depending on permissions, offers are either auto-generated or sent for approval by the sales director.

The result is a formal PDF (and Excel) generated 100% from site data, containing:

  • an offer summary with products, quantities, prices, discounts, totals;
  • a dedicated page for each product with photo, description, and specifications.

The PDF is downloaded and sent directly to the client. Agents save hours of work, avoid chasing scattered product sheets, and ensure every offer is consistent, branded, and professional.
